The Longhorn Barbecue originated in Houston, Texas, in 1946. After 10 years in business in the "pistol packin' city" the brothers decided to move to the great Northwest. Since coming to Spokane from Texas, the brothers have captured the hearts of Spokane diners with their excellent "Southern Pit Style" Barbecue. Longhorn Barbecue is wonderful. The Longhorn is one of my favorite restaurants. If you want down home cooking, this is the place. I actually worked here as a teenager and still love their food today. It is a fun place to take the kids too.
Longhorn Barbecue is yummy You'll get more than enough to eat. The take out is awesome - The service is fast and friendly. A great causal dinner
Wow. My favorite BBQ place. But not tonight. Longest wait (20+minutes for a beer), which I just went to the bar to get myself after I gave up on arrive. Here 40 minutes.......wife's salad here, mine MIA. Kids ready to give up and leave. 9 year olds can't wait 45 minutes to eat! Staff oblivious. Too bad. This sucks.

Not a good experience would rate customer service a 0 we were seated waited 20 min for a waitress who passed our table many times (she is a long time employee)I asked who Our waitress was to the hostess she that Gal right there didn't catch her name we and another couple sitting in her section other couple paid and left and she didn't come to take our order so after waiting a few more min we left sorry to say no food no tip for her and I top very well and I work in the industry so not good I probably won't be back to bad for... read more
