Poor maintenance the maintenance spy on your apartment and report back to Anna the office is never open infested with ants bed bugs fleas and cockroaches you can get all that for $1700 Do your self a favor don't rent here

Let's take it down to 1.0 1 starr solely because Jessica does all the effort. 3 times of my visit. This time we see someone else in the office including Jessica. We didn't even speak to the lady and she started giving guidelines. The speech had so much arrogance. All the effort Jessica had put in the past visits went to waste. Should have just understood our whole effort has gone to waste. Went to cross check apartment before signing the lease. Funny thing every corner looked better before then after renovations. I’m a current resident at long ford in ambler, for 4 years, I have been very happy hear, it’s safe, bug and mouse free, clean, and I’m very happy with goldcrest, they are helpful, Anna who I usually talk with, always helpful, returns my calls and emails, when something breaks maintenance is very quick to respond and fixes the issues.

Extremely bad plumbing and very poor maintenance. For instance, in a plumbing emergency, I had to wait over a week ,and still waiting, while water seep through my floor boards and slowly soaked through the rugs of each room of my apartment; due to a copper pipe running hot water down my wall. At first, I was very proud to be a Galman Group resident, but come to find out they are no different than the rest of the companies who only care about the $$$.
