This is a great apartment! Quiet, comfortable, and clean. Jessica was helpful and responsive during the tour of the apartment/laundry room and move-in, and still responds to emails quickly after. She's very personable and open. Ana was prompt with the leasing documents being sent over, which balance tenant freedom with safety. Pablo and Efrain with maintenance fixed the few issues with outlets/hardware quickly on move-in, even when one fix needed revisited. Ana and Jessica are amazing. They're professional, responsive, and always take care of any issues quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate their dedication and how easy they make the whole process. Pablo and Efrain are always quick to respond to maintenance requests.
Jessica was amazing area is lovely
Poor maintenance the maintenance spy on your apartment and report back to Anna the office is never open infested with ants bed bugs fleas and cockroaches you can get all that for $1700 Do your self a favor don't rent here
