If I wanted to sell my house, which I inherited when my father passed at the end of last year, I’d list it for sale. If I wanted to use the services of a company like this to sell quickly without hassle, I’d reach out. I don’t mind companies like this advertising their services - some folks need that route. Great. What I don’t appreciate is Longfellow using public records of property transfers to send unsolicited, targeted mail to my home asking if I want to sell. Jesse is awesome to work with! He made the whole process very easy. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood his answers so there were no surprises later. Over the years, I watched as Jesse and Brianne did a few homes on my block in Longfellow. I was completely wowed by the work that they did to update and use the space effectively--extremely beautiful and thoughtful work product. They understand the Longfellow neighborhood's value and architectural features better than anyone! They are also terrific at bringing in amazing new neighbors. I strongly recommend working with them!
All they do is paint everything grey, stage it and sell it for $80,000 more than they paid you!
Jesse is great! He's friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, caring and professional. He's someone I trust to be honest and do the right thing. I know that doing quality work is important to him. He's not one to cut corners that shouldn't be cut. I highly recommend him.
