At Longfellow Arms there is a sense of peace and tranquillity Knowing that the office and grounds staff are exceptional and so courteous makes the experience even more enjoyable. The office staff are so nice and outgoing with any issue. I am so thankful that I can be at peace when I arrive at my apartment. It is great to have exceptional management and an awesome service team.
We love our time at Longfellow arms. It’s been a great experience working with the management here. They are so nice and respond so quickly when we have questions. The grounds are always clean and maintained. The apartments are nice, perfect for our family. Maintenance is always very prompt, nice, and fixing things quickly.
Lauren & Ally are so personable and helpful. They have been fabulous throughout this entire process!
They would not let me fix the errors I made on accident on my application. I wanted to correct the errors and they told me no! I was planning on moving in there. I felt discouraged and unwelcome to the Apartments.
