I have had (and am still having) a wonderful experience from Longevity Nexum. Introduced to me by Strongman Mitchell Hooper, Kelly K., has caught several problematic issues that I have been performing in my lifts. Changing those, along with strengthening my weak areas, improving mobility and range has helped me immensely. I feel confident in my lifts and much better in my overall health. Hi I have been working with Chelsea for just over a mth and her dedication to my cause/injuries is fabulous She's investigated every hurt especially when I had another injury at home during this time I look forward to my sessions My injuries have improved significantly I for one thing I couldn't bend my leg walking and now I can Going here is well worth the personal care Yay Longevity!
