I started working with Chelsey to rehab a shoulder injury, and she has done alot of work strengthening and getting my RoM to better than its ever been. Additionally I’ve gained strength in all my lifts, lost weight and increased my fitness to high levels. I highly recommend Longevity Nexum’s services.

Nearly 2 years update: I'm currently down roughly 70lbs since starting with Longevity (which has really been a secondary or tertiary goal). All of my lifts are through the roof, my balance is infinitely better, they've found a way to make cardio not be absolute torture, and I'm all around moving better than I thought possible. I even noticed a few months ago I was able to stand up from the couch without getting momentum or pushing off. It’s been a great experience with a professional touch. I was never into do virtual sessions because I thought it wouldn’t be as effective, but the sessions are programmed and catered to my specific goals which makes a difference! Chelsey is a great trainer and her programming is top notch and has a great personality which motivated me to continue. I am glad I ran into her at the Arnold’s this year!
