I have been working out three times weekly since the beginning of 2025. I like the ability to workout via Zoom because I am not a fan of traditional gyms. The sessions are realistic but challenging. Kelly is great at keeping me motivated and accountable. A good fit for my preferences. Thanks Longevity.

I signed up with Longevity to help me safely get back into working out after an elbow surgery. Chelsey and the team have been outstanding and I'm making progress much quicker than I could have expected. The workouts are well thought out, planned and explained. Very pleased with everything

I have known Kelly for years and know how hard working she is and truly is dedicated to each and every one of her clients! She is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about helping people reach their goals. Kelly is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for her clients. She uses her expertises in Kinesiology to ensure each client is getting a personalized exercise plan.
