Hi I have been working with Chelsea for just over a mth and her dedication to my cause/injuries is fabulous She's investigated every hurt especially when I had another injury at home during this time I look forward to my sessions My injuries have improved significantly I for one thing I couldn't bend my leg walking and now I can Going here is well worth the personal care

All the staff are so friendly and supportive. I was incredibly intimidated going in for the first time, but I was made to feel comfortable and safe right from the beginning and Mel helped me challenge myself and show me what I was capable of doing. The experience is always pleasant. Even when I show up tired and grumpy, I leave my session feeling better and smiling. Thank you.

Recently, I discovered that I have a lower back issue, likely due to years of wear and tear. Through friends, I was introduced to Longevity and one of their trainers, Chelsey. Since joining Longevity Nexum I have reclaimed my former active life. Mel Williams, one of the kinesiologists, has been coaching me since December 2025. At first I was struggling up the stairs and hobbling through the door. I had sciatica, stenosis and several disc herniations. Now I have regained my ability to go for walks and snowshoe. Soon I hope to return to dog agility
