I was appalled at the service I received with Chris Long of Longevity Insurance Brokers. Chris was more than happy to write 6 policies for me and then never once answered his phone or returned my call after the policies were written and I had questions. He made unauthorized changes to my policies after I explicitly told him that he needed to first correct some errors and then he sent multiple intimidating emails when I stated that I would be switching agents.
