The owner and supervisory staff, whom I believe care deeply about their clients and desire the best care possible for them; together with the actual care given to my loved one, is the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise I would have given less. My advice if you hire Longevity, is to be courteous and helpful with the caregivers, but don't talk too much about personal or family issues. They are the worst home health care company there workers don't want to do anything but play on there phones. My mother didn't have any food because they where to lazy to go to the store for her and her laundry was overloaded. Didn't change her sheets. Never helped her with a shower. Shes 87yrs old and they took advantage of her.
Longevity Home Care has been providing care to my grandmother for almost two years. Our family has always been happy with their care and lately they have gone above and beyond. During this exceedingly difficult time, the nurses have consistently checked on her and helped her not feel so anxious. January 30th I’ve not had a good experience with this company in many ways. I want to say, however, I stayed with the agency, only because of Margie and her Son Chris. They are very caring and professional, other than that I have been extremely disappointed in professionalism, discrimination, no regard for HIPPA law and hateful on call staff (Paula), as well as the Nurse, owners daughter, Peggy.
