Kind nurses and doctors, but not very good at diagnosing strep throat- doctor didn’t take me seriously when I said I had strep, barely checked my throat, then prescribed an antibiotic that didn’t kick it. Very disappointed as a student who has very limited funds to pay for medical bills.
Unprofessional and rude people who treat students in an accusatory manner.
Misdiagnosed my son with a sinus infection for 4 weeks, he went back for more help and got none. He had strep.went to urgent care and got better very quickly
They don't know what they are doing and will simply waste all your money on tests. Then tell you they don't know why you're sick. Don't even bother going.
I've been a patient here (both private and student) for over 45 years. I've had some bumps in the road with a couple people but overall, this is the best place to go for care. The staff is caring and gets you feeling better! I even contacted them from a cruise ship (while waiting to disembark) so my dad could pick up some meds for me, talk about service!
