EXTREMELY rude office manager When we adopted our cat from CAP, we were given a list of vets. The paperwork stated if you made an appointment with one on the list within 48 hours, the appointment would be free. We adopted on a Saturday; I called Monday to make the appointment. I explained the above and took the first available appointment. Saw the vet, who was nice enough, but only tried to sell me heartworm and flea prevention. Great Place! I recently found a stray dog that had escaped his owner??s backyard. I knew about this hospital because my fiance took her dog there regularly and I took him to get checked out there to make sure everything was okay. Dr. Keadle was awesome with him! He checked him out for me and thankfully nothing was wrong with him. Plus, they gave him a nail clipping for us and handled the dog excellent. Warm, Wonderful, Caring Staff WONDERFUL! I have been coming to Longenbaugh Veterinary Hospital for 11 years and have had nothing but wonderful service from the staff. Over the years; when my older doggies have passed, the staff was there crying with me and helping me and my family through. Rude, unprofessional front office staff I recently moved to the area and adopted a kitten from an area shelter. The shelter provide me with a list of vets to use. I chose Dr. Keadle. I found Dr. Keadle very knowledgeable and helpful. But I can't say the same about the front office and office administrator (Mary). On more than one occasion when calling into the office I was left on hold for more than 15 minutes. I even hung up and tried again and again abruptly put on hold again. Best Vet I went to Dr. Keadle on recommendation from a coworker five years ago, and I've been very happy with him. My 15 year old dachshund Eric (just passed away) had several health problems, and Dr. Keadle always took the time to listen to me, explain what was going on, explain the best course of treatment, and answer my questions. He is friendly, compassionate, and knows what he is talking about. I definitely recommend him to others.

The Best of The Best I have taken by dogs to Dr. K. for about 15 years, he is the best. I've had nothing but good experiences with him. I recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone. We moved 10 years ago from that side of town but I would never think to go anywhere else. Dr. K. has nursed several of my dogs back from bad situations, he and his staff are always compassionate and caring.
Lucky to have found! I love Dr. Keadle and his animal loving staff. My ex- vet got up and disappeared one day, my records and all, Dr. Keadle was very understanding and just took my two babies in. My dogs are getting older and he is very understanding and takes great measures to keep them out of pain. But one of my dogs he said has liver problems, so he is careful to give her a different medicine. The Dr. is very patient and listens to your questions with concern. Best Vet, hands down We've been taking our dogs to Dr. Keadle for 20 years. A friend of mine used another vet until they hurt her cat. I recommended Dr. Keadle and she has been using him ever since. The staff calls to check on your animals after a procedure, even on Sundays. They treat our animals like family. If you love your animals, use Longenbaugh Vet Clinic.
