First, Longe Optical is not in the VSP network, so my glasses cost more there. Second, they failed to call me when my eyeglasses came in and then lied about it weeks later.
My husband and I had our first experience with Longe Optical today. Most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Everyone was friendly, proffessional, skillful and they took there time. We highly recommended them.
I love the lounge. We are always treated like Family. Some of of the greatest people not just employees you could ever want to know!!!
