I was helped by this location with eyeglasses at a time when my health insurance was completely failing me. Every contact I had with my insurance lead to absolutely no help and dead ends. The store manager (Syndey Braun) and her staff member that helps with insurance issues were able to find the resolution to the insurance holdup in very short order, and move my glasses claim forward when my own healthcare support failed to do so despite me spending an hour and 45 minutes on the phone trying to make that happen. This location is the closest to my house of any optical store so I routinely stop in to get my glasses adjusted as I did a few hours ago. I am always impressed with how friendly and helpful they are. I gave them my information, including insurance today and after I have cataract surgery plan to come here if I need new glasses. Really a pleasant experience visiting them. The woman who helped me is Anna and she and all of them are fun people. AND told me about the big event Saturday, which I posted on Facebook.
I stopped in today for an adjustment for my glasses and prescription sunglasses. When I apologized for coming in 20 minutes before closing, the woman who helped me stated " We have time". She was professional, and it was apparent that she was experienced at adjustments, as mine were a perfect fit the 1st time. And this with one of my ears being hire than the other. I will be back next January with new eye benefits for a new look.
Just unprepared friendly but unprepared. Did not what the doctor prescribed. Not patience but still nice. Very rushed through but couldn't finish cause didn't have the right diagnosis. Things have really change. Not going back. Never a follow up.
