This place is great
This location is the closest to my house of any optical store so I routinely stop in to get my glasses adjusted as I did a few hours ago. I am always impressed with how friendly and helpful they are. I gave them my information, including insurance today and after I have cataract surgery plan to come here if I need new glasses. Really a pleasant experience visiting them. Oh, and on a side note, the negative review below stating that the kid was coughing and they were "rudely" asked to leave? Totally don't believe it. Anyone c... read more
We come here as we normally do for my wife’s eye exam. We have booked this appointment 2 weeks out when we got there my daughter was coughing due to the changing weather we were asked to leave and canceled our appointment lady was rude and unprofessional we stop visiting long optical and will advise our community to what happened with us today.
