When I contacted LKR, Laura clearly explained the warranty and repair process, and James and his team were prompt, professional, and efficient. The repair was completed within a week at no cost. James and his staff were responsive and easy to work with throughout the proposal, contracting process, and job execution of replacing our tile roof. The work crews were professional, on time, worked very hard, and left a clean work site at the end of each day. The new roof looks great and I'm sure will last a long time. I also received a large refund on my homeowners policy because of the new roof. I highly recommend Longboat Key Roofing for your roofing project.
