What a disappointment!!! Where do I begin! First of all they totally skimped on the room amenities, like coffee, towels, etc. Had to ask for EVERYTHING!! First morning we were there no cream & sugar for our coffee so we called room service at 6:30 & was told no one there until 7!! Seriously? Went to have dinner in Sands Pointe restaurant and was told we couldn’t eat in their dining area because we were wearing shorts so we had to sit in the bar where everyone else wearing shorts was seated! RecommendedThis place is a class act! Every staff member that I had an encounter with was nicer then the last! We even had security called on us, even he was super nice (we were a bit loud)! The restaurant Sinclair's was a wonderful meal, everything was perfect! The poolside food was delish! The gym had more then enough equipment! Great beach with no crowds! Our evening was lovely! The food was terrific and the service exceptional! Our waiter, Michael, was charming and very attentive. My husband, daughter, son-in-law and 6 month old granddaughter enjoyed a beautiful sunset and a relaxing dining experience.
This resort is great, I’ve stayed at many places in Sarasota and this is one of my favorites now. Very relaxing, golf was amazing and staff was great everywhere. I would highly recommend!
This is a must any time while in Key West! The delicious menu, staff and surroundings make the experience like a visit to paradise!
