So very disappointed to arrive today to check in for the 4th and also our 40th wedding anniversary to find extensive renovations being done. Pool is closed, no room service after 5 pm and restaurants closed as well. When I made the reservation the girl mentioned renovations being done but NEVER once said anything about the extent of them no pool etc. Needless to say we would have made other arrangements this year. We have been coming here for over 20 years and always raved about it. Sadly this will probably be our last year.

I don’t recommend this place, I made a reservation since May when I get there they couldn’t find my name. No body did anything to resolve this issue neither. Bad bad costumer service.
