RecommendedWe love living here. Great location, close to shopping, subway, restaurants, Broadway shows and more. Alen and the entire Longacre House team are friendly and always ready to help.
Do not sign a lease here. They use an algorithm method to calculate the rate it will take for you to stay, as it can be difficult moving in in NYC. Bottom line, they keep jacking up the prices until you’re finally forced to move. They say it’s also market fluctuations, but they ended up putting my apartment on the market for $600 less than what they offered me. I wasted 4 years there.
We love living here! Michael, Michelle, and Ernesto are amazing at the front desk! I can't say enough wonderful things about Michelle, Anita, and Cynthia either!
