I do not recommend this dentist practice based on my personal experience. I initially went in for treatment of a cavity that required a filling and a crown. During my first appointment, while the cavity was being treated and a temporary crown was placed, I repeatedly informed Dr. Kontorovsky that I was in significant pain. Although she administered additional anesthetic after my first complaint, I continued to experience severe pain. Very nice office, nice staff. However, they make you pay up front even though you have insurance. They make you pay for things that are normally covered by your insurance. I just got off the phone with my insurance company and they informed me that I wasn’t supposed to pay anything out of pocket for that visit because it’s covered 💯 with my insurance plan. My insurance said once they received the claim from them, they will go ahead and paid them. And this office will have to reimburse me the $545 they had me pay out of pock... read more
Great experience, staff is friendly and welcoming. Great service they make sure you understand the process and you’re comfortable before leaving. I topically get seen right away. They have an amazing DA Tatiana and the Crystal is a kind and most gentle dental hygienist I’ve ever seen. I do help myself to the complementary water on my way out. Very thankful for everyone in this office and would recommend.
