Having an issue reaching the office as there is now a call center taking appointments which I do not feel comfortable with. I cannot reach anyone in medical records to send my information off to prescription support or to disability. Even disability cannot reach your office which is very frustrating. Doctor vu is amazing but there is something wrong with the management of staff or how the office handles patients to receive help. So I don’t know what’s going on with the office staff. I love Dr vu he is an AMAZING doctor. But the office staff for some reason cannot seem to send medical paperwork to anyone correctly. I don’t know if their fax information is wrong or if it’s them not doing the job but now 3 times I have had to go to the office directly to get my medical paperwork faxed to disability/or prescription support. Dr Vu has always been so nice and caring. He's easy to talk to and makes me feel heard his and staff are great people
