Horrible customer service. I’ve had my procedure done over a month ago and still have not received my biopsy results that I requested multiple times over several weeks from the office since they do not have appointments to see the doctors for long periods. I am going to see a different doctor and they will not release my results to me which is illegal. They keep saying they will call me back and what they mailed to my house is not my biopsy results. It’s sickening to have to chase them for something I paid for and struggling... read more
Dr. Vu is amazing! I'm so glad we found him. He takes his time and is very helpful. If I could give more stars I would. I loved his staff. Very professional makes you feel like your family. Especially Lucy. I wish more Dr. We're like this and there staff.
Dr. Vu has a great bedside manner as well as being a professional.
Dr. Vu is really a good Dr. He takes the time to hear my concerns but more important he listens to those concerns and responds with care and concern. He is very knowledgeable in his field. I trust him with all of my gastrointestinal issues.
