We’ve had a great experience buying with DR Horton and we have loved living in Long Valley!
HOA: 4/5 $50 single family homes, $120 townhouses. It covers all amenities including two pools, hot tub, pickleball and basketball courts, mini golf, dog park, and trails. Townhouses include outside maintenance. RV parking +$30/mo. Obviously, HOA increases over time and they said we would have a school and a bike park and neither of those are true anymore so buy according to what you see not potential. I bought my home a year ago in Long Valley and I'm so happy with my new home. Trent Petersen has been an angle with helping out minor issue. Thank you so much.
This is acceptable per the warranty department. Our floors are creaking, flexing, and improperly sloped and we’re told the framers approve of this work so we need to accept it. On top of this we have walls that aren’t square, floors that are not level, trim that is not sealed and soaks up water just to list a few. Reply to response - I have. I suggest escalating this to someone that will work with us.
