I bought my home a year ago in Long Valley and I'm so happy with my new home. Trent Petersen has been an angle with helping out minor issue. Thank you so much.
This is acceptable per the warranty department. Our floors are creaking, flexing, and improperly sloped and we’re told the framers approve of this work so we need to accept it. On top of this we have walls that aren’t square, floors that are not level, trim that is not sealed and soaks up water just to list a few. Reply to response - I have. I suggest escalating this to someone that will work with us.
Love it here so far! Wonderful place in a very beautiful location. They should add palm trees or plants of some sort along the walking trail to help cover the scar of the flood dugout!

Live here love it here! So many families that get along, and super friendly to be around. The pool is great! The amenities are perfect and provided for free. Awesome location and beautiful sunsets!
