The HOA is absolutely ridiculous. They feel a need to control what you do in your own home which is insane. They should not be telling people what they can and can’t keep in their garage. I would highly recommend buying in another community as the people running this one are control freaks. They also refuse to hold the single annual meeting they are required to and have stopped publishing financial disclosures.
It's been such a great community to live in. We moved in at the end of May, and it's been so great! So clean, and VERY aesthetically pleasing!
