being in a small town i guess you come to expect secrets to be spilled but when you go to a doctor you usually assume that what you tell them is going to stay with them and not spred through the whole town like the plague but that is what happens more times than not. if you must go, i guess they do ok work with the limited resources they have but dont be suprised when your family and the whole town knows why you were in there by the next day. 2 stars at best and you get one for effort.
