We have Long Time Shine clean out entire exterior yearly and a few other windows only.They are simply the best at what they do. 5Star Plus
Very friendly and professional, prices are good. Mike was very accommodating. Both jobs were completed quickly. We had deck upper and lower done, including concrete. It was amazing. Then the driveway and sidewalk, completely fabulous. Then they did the windows inside and out. Looks and feels like a new house.
When I called to report that several windows were still dirty, they told me it was ‘good enough’ and refused to come back to fix it. Terrible attitude toward customer satisfaction.
I was shocked to see them using unstable ladders and not following any safety precautions. It made me very uncomfortable having them work on my property. They didn’t seem trained or professional at all.
Mike and Trudy are very professional. They do a great job.
