Fascinating building and great food
This place is absolutely beautiful. In addition to great food and drink you gotta go out there just to see it. The standard brewpub fare is augmented by some unique and eclectic choices. I had the seared ahi tuna sandwich and it was very tasty. I did not have the beer because I had to drive home but I hope to go sometime soon and try that too. I've heard their cocktails are good too.
Hello I just wanted to pass this message along that I sent to our pastor.. We tried a restaurant Friday night down in Monroe that just opened last year called Long timber brewery. We were blown away with the atmosphere, service and the food. They knocked it out of the park on all three points probably the best meal we’ve both had in years. Good food, pleasant atmosphere, tasteful ambiance, helpful and attentive waitstaff. We were seated in the wine bar, unfortunately, the beautiful fireplace was not lit.
Nice beer true to style. Pale Ale very citra hoppy. Food was great. Server did not know much about brew system but was friendly and pleasant. As a brewers wife I asked pretty specific questions.

We held a meeting in their meeting room. Food was wonderful. Service excellent and attentive. The room is comfortable and well equipped.
