You have been the most understanding and accommodating. You have made everything so easy and anytime I have ever had a question or needed a response, you have been there and responded super quick! Called on the weekend, left a vm never did here from the company.
Darcy here Stole a hundred and fifty dollars from me. I told her my situation. I told her everything she needed to know. She told me to do the application anyway and pay ended up getting den. I ask for a refund because she told me. I was denied before. I even got the credit report back. She told me it was non-refundable. She just wants to steal your money. I don't even believe she really uses it towards an application or background check.
Long Term Rental has been an absolute delight to deal with. Upon reading the reviews I have discovered that these bad reviews are all disgruntled trash tenants that live in their own filth. I cant even believe they got a unit to live in, I’m sure momma filed out the application because they had their hands full with a big gulp and a can of cheese wiz. I digress, don’t trust the ugly reviews, like Abe Lincoln once said “don’t believe everything you read online”.
