I cannot recommend Long Term Liaisons, LLC—and specifically Lori Beth—highly enough. As someone managing care for my aunt from a distance (I’m in Cleveland and she was in Aiken, South Carolina), I was overwhelmed trying to make sure she was supported, safe, and not alone. Lori Beth stepped in and provided not only expert care coordination but also deep compassion and reliability. She was there in both routine moments and true emergencies, always available to answer questions or provide updates, no matter how big or small the... read more

I have had the opportunity work with Long term Liaison . The experience was uplifting, positive, and supportive for my client, myself and the family. Long term liaison is a great fit for families who want nothing less than the best for their loved one.

We recently worked with Long Term Liaisons for a dementia assessment, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From our first interaction, their professionalism was evident—punctual, responsive, and respectful in every communication. The staff was incredibly compassionate and made a difficult situation feel manageable and dignified. What stood out most was their deep knowledge and expertise. They approached the assessment with a thorough understanding of both the clinical and personal dimensions of dementia. Their evalu... read more

Our relationship with Amy began over 2 years ago when my husband's father elected to age in place and we live 3 hours away. She has provided extremely invaluable input during that period. Her timely and accurate assessments have proven critical in our decision-making. Now that we are experiencing a decline in our father's cognitive and physical abilities, she and her staff have really stepped up to the plate into an active management role. There is no way we could do this without her help. She and her staff are amazing.

Long Term Liaisons helped my sister and me support our parents as they age. Long Term Liaisons provided us with an assessment of our parents' current needs. Because my dad was unexpectedly hospitalized, the nurse visited the hospital and the home to complete the evaluation. They also helped connect us with an agency that provided qualified caregivers quickly. The report exceeded our expections. It provided specific recommendations based on a thorough review of the circumstances. I could not have asked for more. For what we r... read more
