They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly. The receptoinist could have been a little more personable. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I'll be going back as I will be changing Dr in the near future anyway. I didn't have a bad experience.
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous.
