I found a car online in their lot. I drove there with no appointment. I was greeted with a smile and told the car was unlocked to take all the time I wanted. I was very pleased that they didn't follow me or try to upsell me. The Nissan Rogue was in excellent condition, exactly as described in the ad on Car Guru. I asked to test drive and again, there was no hovering or smooth talking that often occurs.
