This company sent out two very inexperienced workers who apparently did not have a clue on how to fix anything. That, plus they shut off my main sprinkler valve and I am unable to water my lawn and plants.
Long's came out when they said the would. They called before to make sure I knew about what time they would be here. They gave ma a very reasonable quote to fix another sprinkler company's mess. They worked hard the entire time they were here. I could not be more pleased and will only use them in the future. Thank you Long's. I recommend them.

As I was working on my sprinkler system last week, I remembered that I paid Longs Irrigation last year over $200. to adjust and replace any sprinkler heads that needed it. I just replace one that cost $3.65 at **** ****** In that $200. charge was $85. trip charge, and two sprinkler heads at $24. each. At ******* or **** ***** I have never seen a sprinkler head costing $24. About a week later after their service one of the sprinkler heads in the front corner of my house popped off. This company recently installed a lawn sprinkler system at my home. The salesman as well as all the installers were very knowledgeable and professional with the whole job. The job was completed in just one day. Only one minor issue after installation with a clogged sprinkler head but it was repaired quickly the day after I called them. I am very pleased with the whole job as well as the installation cost. I highly recommend this company.

I phoned Long on Tuesday and made an appointment for Friday, she said you will be first on the list we’ll be there no later than 9. I called at 11 spoke to same lady who assured me they would be there after lunch. I called back at 230 and she tells me you were scheduled for Yesterday. I said they didn’t show up then either because my sister was here all day dog sitting. She promised me they’d be here later Friday.
