If you are lost in pain and do not know where to go from here... This is your sign to see Dr. Joshua. His evaluations, protocols, and integrative approach has helped me become pain free. Dr. Josh is the best person to see for chronic body pain in Portland, Oregon. I seriously believe that. Dr. Sanchez did an amazing job helping my helping my son get back to good health for the high school track season. He did a thorough evaluation to determine the cause of injury, pinpointed the areas he needed to strengthen, and even evaluated his running form. I highly recommend Dr. Sanchez.
I’m a middle aged runner who has experienced reoccurring knee pain and Josh has helped me continue to do the sport I love. The most important thing was to determine why I was continuing to experience injury or pain (muscle imbalances/weakness) and work to strengthen those areas. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and if you follow his advice he will keep you doing what you love in the “long run”.
Josh is does a great job in evaluating your problems and devising a plan to get you back to normal. It has been a great experience and I have been very happy with the results.
Long Run Health/Dr. Sanchez provided a great experience tailored to my recovery goal, weaknesses and strengths. Dr. Sanchez had a consultative approach - first wanting to understand what my end goal was and then diagnosing and executing on a plan that would help me reach it. I went from not able to run at all, to running again within 60 days and back in full in 3 months. We were 100% successful and I learned a ton in the process that I can continue to use.
