Joshua is OK. The others 'not so much'. Worst business experience in recent memory. First service call to diagnose problem $133. Diagnosis was indefinite. Suspected pressure switch. Left furnace with fire box cover open. I called regarding replacing the suspect part under warranty. Second service call to install part $89. Left furnace leaking condensate 1 qt. /day. I requested they return & fix condensate leak. Owner demanded another service charge $89 + labor charge. I resisted. Owner stated 'going on vacation'... read more
