I had to come back here and edit a review I did back in November of 2022 when Phil Hunt helped us to buy a house. At first we, my daughter and I, were really happy with the purchase and the attention we got while buying a house with Phil. My review then was 5 stars. After the purchase we found out the problems that did not get corrected at the house plus documents we signed that were not what they were supposed to be but ooops too late!
