I also am a tenant with a horrible experience with Joy and the manager Shahram Sadrearhami and Sherry Javadi at 11387 WALDORF CT! They were very nice when getting me to sign the lease with false information, they told me in the beginning that if I did NOT want to renew the lease I would be able to do month to month all lies just to get your money they do NOT care about us as people! I highly recommend long Realty and property management. They manage several of my properties and also other real estate investors I know. Also, if you’re in the market to purchase your next or first home, Joy is a very experienced Realtor. She is very straightforward and make sure all ends are covered.
I highly recommend this property management company. I have a five bedroom house in southeast Cherry Creek very professional. I used the Property management company in the past but this company here surpasses all of them. If you get a chance, Joy or Alex are the two most professional people I’ve ever met. They do their due diligence and they get you top dollar for your property. If I could I’ll give them a 10 star review thank you guys again we really are satisfied.
This was one of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had. I have never experience more unprofessional, rude, entitled, demanding, disorganized and duplicitous behavior.
