Tim Stoner and Oasis are amazing. I worked with them for almost 3 years now and they are always on tome with fixing issues and fair with things that come up. I highly recommend.
We have been renting from Tim and Susie for close to 3 years now and never once had any complaints. All the issues we reported would get fixed in a timely manner and they would always follow up to confirm it was repaired to our satisfaction. Overall great experience.
Absolutely one of the worst landlords I’ve ever had in my college career. I lived at 55 N cherry avenue unit 109. He doesn’t respect ADA laws for ESA animals and charged me a pet fee despite having all the paperwork- which is a violation of ADA law since my animal didn’t actually cause any damages unless you count shedding. Susie and Tim always seem to be annoyed anytime I take their call or make a call to them, it’s exhausting just to be nice to them because they are so rude on the phone and in person.
