RecommendedSteve did a great job showing me the various hot tubs available and discussing the details and options with each hot tub. As I purchased my hot tub in the beginning of Covid-19, there was a delay in shipping and arrival but I was kept informed with updates. The delivery went smooth. The professionalism during the entire process was outstanding. I hope I find something else to purchase there because I will do so in the future.

I want to start off by Thanking Steven the Owner for doing such a wonderful job taking care of us through this process. We walked into his store and was meet with a warm welcome!!! Being a little clueless on what way to go Pellet stove or Propane stove with his help we decided on Propane. The Best decision we ever made Between the Sale and installation. Steven took care of everything. We can’t Thank him enough we Highly recommend Steven , Long Pond Hearth and Home for any Service and Sale .

We purchased a pellet stove from Steve about a month or two ago and couldn’t be happier.
I have given up shopping for the cheaper pellets! The LaCrete brand I get at Long Pond is the best burning pellet for my Enviro M55! Warm family, happy life!
