Took a ring here for a solder repair, small missing accent diamond, and a 1/4 size resize… $400. They resized it a full size smaller. Then demanded another $300 to fix the mistake. They insisted on making the band thicker, which we refused. Upon picking it up they changed the band anyway. Now we have to send it somewhere else to fix it. I guess what do you expect when a place advertises “Cash Only”?
