I have been going to long nails for 14 years. . Manicures,pedicures,waxing.Was satisfied for years. Since the end of 2024,I have been treated very disrespectfully by the owner. It was impossible to ever get an appointment in the last few months. Absolutely disgusting experience. The salon was filthy, and hygiene clearly wasn’t a priority. I went in for a pedicure, and the technician barely touched my cuticles. When I asked her to clean them up properly, she got irritated and started being aggressive. She pushed the cuticle pusher so hard into my skin that I started BLEEDING, and now my whole toe hurts. With the lack of cleanliness and care, I’m genuinely worried about INFECTION . Avoid this place at all costs!

First time patronizing Long Nails and I will definitely be going back. The staff was attentive, thorough, patient, informative and very personable. Their experience is exceptional and they made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Thank you Long Nails for pampering me.
