This by far is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I was rushed, I hate my nails. I wanted ombre...ot came out horrible, when I asked could he just paint over then he told me $15.
Terrible service from 1 employee. Crooked nails, she did not want to fix. Wouldn’t let me either. When I finally made her file them, they were still messed up, only shorter. Did NOT use new tools out of sealed bag. Then after she was through with my nails, she washed the tools off with water and put one of them back in her box. Not sure about the other. Will not be back to this place.

I been going here since I moved to Alabama and GeeGee is the best I will wait for her if she not there I will come back I love my nail technician then my pedicures they all do a great job!!!!!
These are some of the rudest people, went in to get a wax, fill in, and pedicure and wasn't treated as a valued customer. Saw someone I knew in nail shop so we were conversating nail tech had audacity to tell us to be quiet but he was speaking loudly with another worker in their language. I did not enjoy pedicure because I couldn't get massage because the chair wasn't working properly. The best service they provide are lashes and waxes but even Sandy has attitude sometimes. I recently moved to Auburn and went to Long Nails for a gel manicure. In 6 days, the gel was pulling up from my nails and chipping. I went in to ask what their policy was (I expect my gel manicure to last at least 2 weeks) and was told it looks fine for the amount of time very dismissively. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told there wasn't an owner.
