***BEWARE THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!!! These people put out vehicles that are NOT inspected and breakdown within weeks of purchasing. And I'm not talking about minor SHEET.... I'm talking about MAJOR STUFF!!! Their Customer Service is UNPROFESSIONAL and you can't ever get through to anyone or get a returned call. NO WONDER, THEY KNOW THEY ARE SHADY AS FUDGE!!!!!
I originally left a positive review because originally my experience was positive however I have worked with long in the past and had issues I tried again mostly because they're very lenient on credit however I don't think that should affect my service I bought a vehicle that I put $2,000 down on and pay $600 a month for its an '08 Mercedes I was happy with the purchase because I needed the vehicle and it was good condition however When I went to use the sunroof it did not work it opened partially and remains stuck open mind... read more
Theycheated me i had a good review when I had left the dealership earlier this year, because I was excited that I was able to get a car little did I know that I was screwed over for the car, which I am paying 3 times more than what it's worth. The car has broken down(transmission is dead) on me. And I haven't even had it for a year, and I am unable to drive it. I've reached out to long motors, They DONT CARE! I got a nice van with only 75k miles for 1500 down!! Amazing company and finance department. "ASK FOR ROLO"!! he'll get you driving same day!!
