The property management team were very knowledgeable. I enjoyed touring the property and I look forward to applying!
Rent is extremely high for the most basic and bare minimum apartment and staff ever. Always improving the outside of the apartment but never inside. Moldy, things barely gets fixed, gets the landlord special and maintenance takes forever to fix things. No amenities besides the gym with barely equipments. Everything in the apartment is outdated. Not even a lounge or office area for tenants to cool off. Not worth the money
Nothing but great things to say about management! Very friendly, professional, and always available for any questions or concerns. Great communication as far as maintenance repairs and any weather related power outages. Property is well maintained and cared for. I’d recommend Long Meadow to anyone looking for housing in the Groton area!
Been here for 7months, my experience has been great! Any questions or concerns get addressed promptly from management. Any maintenance needs I’ve had, have been handled with care and quality, specifically by Denny! He has been great!
