Been here for nearly a year, signing a new lease. Lower prices for the area despite the apartment being nice. Walls block out noise, can't hear neighbors when I'm in my apartment despite them having dogs that bark (I hear them coming in, but can't the second I close my door). Can't hear my roommate when hes in his room or the living room. Ren has been wonderful and helpful with getting my new lease set up, would definitely recommend living here.
Apartments are dated with consistent problems. Assistant supervisor is very knowledgeable and easy to work with and I enjoyed my time working alongside him. Place is understaffed and overworked. There are a few others that are very difficult to work with and that's a shame because had that not been the case I might have stayed.
Racist staff and disgusting apartments.
