Brought truck in for oil change, waited while service being done. I was called when done, wasn’t too long .
That service person came to my house. He explained what he would be looking for and depending on the condition of the part, what he would do. After looking, he showed me part n what he needed to do. It only took less than 30 minutes. He was very polite and explained everything. I was very pleased with the outcome.
