Our Lincoln needed an oil change and tire rotation. I got online and was able to book our appointment in 2 minutes flat. Between emails and texting, I received regular reminders. The day of service came and I received a phone call asking me if I wanted to have the Lincoln picked up for service. I declined as I had another piece of business I wanted to take care of. I arrived at the scheduled time and was done promptly 1 hour later!Â
