Mike Mull was so friendly, and asked all the right questions upfront about what I mainly was looking to purchase. I bought the very first vehicle he showed me. He walked me through the complete purchase. And met me at the door, when I brought back my trade in, vs me going into the dealership to find him! I will always use Mike!

I recently had recall work completed on my Ford F-150 through Long McArthur’s mobile service. While I appreciate the convenience of at-home service, the experience itself was frustrating. The technician arrived and began working on my truck without ever notifying me. I later learned he had tried calling, but no voicemail was left, and he made no attempt to knock on my door or make contact in person.
