Eric and Anita were both very helpful and easy to work with on an estate matter I had in Kentucky. Both Eric and Anita were always very responsive to me, they kept me in the loop all along the way, things moved along pretty quick and easily. I appreciate both of them!
If you bought a house with an acre and a half of ground, and two different realty companies, and the people that own the house tell you that you own the acre and a half it sits on , and they point their fingers through the woods telling you, you own all of that all the way to the clearing on the other side of the woods . one month into the deal you find out that the corps of engineers , owns the one acre of the woods and you only own the half an acre that the house and garage sit on.
