Sales staff is great! Will never take another vehicle to this service department again. They are sneaky and more concerned with hitting a revenue goal than doing what is best for the vehicle and a long term customer.
I have always driven Ford and have never had such bad experiences with a dealership or their service department but after this I will consider alternative brands. 2+ months of trying to give this dealership second & third chances and they still couldn't provide decent service or fix a tire pressure sensor on ONE TIRE- I was even trying to purchase a full new set of tires and 'Robbie'/ the service department couldn't be bothered to MAKE A SALE.
