We bought a vehicle from Long Lewis in Florence 2 weeks ago, the sales people were absolutely fantastic and still are trying to help us with anything we need. They always answer and respond to questions. My problems arrived when it comes to service. The service is lacking, and it’s not the techs it’s the leadership getting the information to the techs doing the work. Hunter butler went above and beyond for me, we started with looking at one truck in particular and I wasn’t satisfied with it. Hunter told me to let him go to work for me and we would find something that fit my boxes with everything I wanted. Once I found the one I wanted, he fought and worked very hard to make it happen. Chas Hays and Hunter Butler worked extremely hard for me and I would recommend them any day of the week!
