Customer service was excellent. Friendly, honest. Pontoon boat was excellent, clean, fast. Long Lake is a beautiful Lake to cruise in.
Henrik and his sibling team are so good to work with. They brought the boat to us, gave us a few pointers on what to avoid around the lake. Boat was in great condition.
We had the best two days out on the water thanks to Henrik! The boat was spotless, comfortable, and easy to operate, perfect for a relaxing family day. But what made it extra special was meeting Henrik himself (who just happens to share a name with our son!). They even took a photo together, which will be such a fun memory for us to look back on. Henrik was friendly, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. Highly recommend both the boat and the man behind it!
Our plans fell through and we decided to rent a pontoon last minute. Henrick and his sister were super accommodating, explained everything perfectly and saved my family and I's weekend. This place is AMAZING! Super responsive staff and super accommodating for large parties. We used them for a bachelorette trip and we all had a fantastic time! Boat was super clean and easy to operate. Henrick and Ruby were extremely kind and helpful. If you need a boat ride, use them!!
