Unfortunately did not have a great experience. Booked a boat for a full day. Had a delay and we would be 30-45 min late arriving. We let Henrick know way beforehand. On the way, he told us we needed to pay a late fee, and to give the kid waiting with the boat $75 cash in addition to our $800 rental fee, $50 gas fee, $100 dog fee…..Upon getting there, the weather on the lake ended up being untenable, no other boaters were out due to wind. Everything was perfect. The pontoon and the service can’t be beat. Henrik was great with communication and timely. Highly recommend
Henrik was friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with for our jet ski rental. He delivered the jet ski to our dock on time and the family had a blast. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great experience renting from Long Lake. Henrik was very responsive, and easy to deal with. We were first timers at driving a pontoon boat, but he explained everything well. Our entire family had a wonderful time using the boat. Would definitely use them again!
