My loved one lives there. She felt so lucky and excited to get to move in. Only to have some small minded big mouth who works in the office give her a hard time because she's on section 8. This ignorant individual needs to know that it's discriminatory to make such statements. We intend to file a complaint with the housing authority. Shame on you big mouth!
The community is lovely and always kept up! Parents need to watch there kids and have them pick up when they are done playing. Debbie the manager is always on top of keeping the place neat and clean! Great location and definitely worth the $!
Living at Long Lake Villas has been the best decision I could have made! I have lived her for over 7 years and could not have asked for a nicer place. Debbie the manager is always willing to make us residents happy and is always on call and here whenever we need something. If you can rent from her I would highly recommend it, you won't find a better manager. This community does not have openings very often so that has to tell you something about what a great place it us to call home!
I have lived at Long Lake villas for several years now! I am very disappointed with the upkeep of the townhomes...inside and outside grounds. I literally pulled a completely dead bush out from the ground with my hands because it has been dead for years in front of my back window. Rock gardens are overgrown. Closets in the houses are very cheap and consistently fall off the tracks. Trim around the inside of the houses are poorly thrown up and can clearly tell that people/maintenance GLUE back up regularly. Rent is way to high... read more
