Houses are great for the price point! Bob is the go to guys for sales! He is an AMAZING guy and very down to earth and very upfront and honest! Doesn't waste your time and is willing to go out of his way help! Definitely recommend this neighborhood as a solid home for your money or even as a first starter home for someone that is new to subdivisions!
