Extremely dedicated team that takes into consideration individual situation for a smooth process. The properties are top notch are prices you will not see elsewhere. I can bet my paycheck for their services. Best team ever.
Horrible customer service and build quality. If you buy a home here be prepared to do any repairs yourself if something goes wrong. Salesman will rush closing day with new build still not being 100% complete. Once you close you are on your own pretty much. If you get lucky enough to get them to send someone out to do repairs, they will do a half-ass job. Nearly impossible to reach construction superintendent to address issues.
No amenities. We were told there would be a pool and club house
