Horrible customer service and build quality. If you buy a home here be prepared to do any repairs yourself if something goes wrong. Salesman will rush closing day with new build still not being 100% complete. Once you close you are on your own pretty much. If you get lucky enough to get them to send someone out to do repairs, they will do a half-ass job. Nearly impossible to reach construction superintendent to address issues.
No amenities. We were told there would be a pool and club house
When we moved in 3years ago we were promised all of these wonderful amenities that we would have access to. Our Property tax are well over $750 per month and we have no amenities other than a very small play ground. They did however build a small splash pad but however the city has shut the splash pad down due to them not having the proper paperwork or not paying or something like that.
