Nice place to live very peaceful neighborhood 😀
What you see in this pic is an older Model Home. The new Houses are being built in the back of the neighborhood. They're spacious and well priced. It's also nice that the community is more hidden. You wouldn't know all this is back there !
Old with the new. As far as the builder goes, I can say you have more options to choose from but the neighborhood itself have nothing to wow a first time buyer builder looking for amenities.
OMG, don't know where to start with how horrible this location is and the sales associate in this location is. There is no Forest in the community, might as well just call it Village. The homes for sale here are at the very back end of an old 10+ year community which already drives down the home values of any new home. There is no road leading to the new homes directly, you have to drive through a maze of old neighborhoods to get in and out.
