McCrae is the best. He is five star!!! The house quality is bad. I have multiple issue with the house and crack in garage, just move in 2 months, but concrete multiple cracking, breaking and more and more. I have house before with other builder but never have any problems like this. When I told him, he said normal crack in the garage. And painting is bad not even. Worst new construction community to move into or buy .. builder doesn’t care to control their subcontractors for any warranty period fixes nor control noise and respect existing homeowners during construction
They gave me my kitchen cabinets grated with glue and they don't want to answer me, it's a sad new house with a horrible kitchen.
Great Floorplan and the Sales Rep is always welcoming when I'm in the area with clients!
