DO NOT waste your money buying here. This community lacks any amenities. The pool is disgusting. Splash pad is always broken. There is one small playground which is always covered in dog poop. There are no events. It is a common theme for people to be hit by cars blowing through stop signs in this community too. And the worst part is the HOA. I purchased my home with Long Lake while I was stationed in Germany, and the best part of the experience was working with my Sales Counselor, Jessica Mesa. She was extremely patient and supportive throughout the entire process—before, during, and even after I took ownership of my new home. After I returned to Texas, Jessica encouraged me to do a second walkthrough of the house and report any issues I noticed.
