I cant even count the amount of times that I've been locked out of my neighborhood due to the fault gates, code doesnt work half the time
DO NOT waste your money buying here. This community lacks any amenities. The pool is disgusting. Splash pad is always broken. There is one small playground which is always covered in dog poop. There are no events. It is a common theme for people to be hit by cars blowing through stop signs in this community too. And the worst part is the HOA. They harass homeowners who put thousands of dollars into upgrades in their home. This is the same HOA who does not use our money to benefit the community. The homes are also cheaply mad... read more
