I strongly advise against purchasing a home from this builder in this location. The area has ongoing safety issues, including violent crimes and even murders. Just recently, my home was crashed into by a car, highlighting, the lack of traffic control, and general safety. Despite these concerns, the HOA is completely unhelpful and provides no real solutions or resources to address community issues. Buyers beware, this company and their homes seem great initially but it’s what to come after you’ve purchased and are in your home that should concern you. We purchased our home in 2022 and already have structural issues that guess what, are not covered by the builder and have to now on top of our high mortgage, pay hundreds of dollars to have someone come out and say there’s an issue.
