I strongly advise against purchasing a home from this builder in this location. The area has ongoing safety issues, including violent crimes and even murders. Just recently, my home was crashed into by a car, highlighting, the lack of traffic control, and general safety. Despite these concerns, the HOA is completely unhelpful and provides no real solutions or resources to address community issues.
